Erin Mulligan, owner and founder of Pranagourmet, is a personal chef, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor (AWC), yoga instructor (E-RYT) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). 

A yoga instructor for 16 years, Erin incorporates many styles into her yoga classes and private sessions, including ashtanga-inspired vinyasa and restorative. She thoughtfully weaves pranayama throughout to steady the mind and balance the body. Some of her teachers include David Swenson, Shiva Rae, Judy Baker, Desiree Rumbaugh, James Bailey, Daphne Larkin, and Tom Larkin. 

Erin is a graduate of Bradford College in Massachusetts with a BA in Performing Arts. A dancer, choreographer, and dance educator since 1998, Erin has taught ballet, jazz, modern dance and theater arts. She has performed with Kelly Donovan & Dancers, Green Glass Dance Theater, Bradford Dance Company, Audra Carabetta and Dancers and the Winton Club Cabaret. She has led classes and workshops and has served as an artist-in-residence throughout the New England and Mississippi. She was the director of Shift Movement Arts Center in Indianola, MS (2011-2016) and is currently a core artist with ArtPlacein Greenwood, MS. Erin is a professional teaching artist with the Mississippi Arts Commission, providing arts-integrated programs for schools and professional development for educators.
